SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will drive the conversation of marketing leads through the sales conversion process, collaborating closely with regional sales managers. The SDR will drive and schedule qualified meetings for our regional sales managers. The SDR will assist in proposal writing and management of the process for regional managers. The SDR will seek out regional network activities and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders in and outside of the organization that will lead to future pipeline opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive lead generation by a minimum of 10 new outreaches per day
Manage at least 1 presentation per week per regional sales managers
Drive towards a minimum of 5 booked meetings with regional sales managers per week
Travel up 10% of time

WORK SCHEDULE:

This position is regular, full-time, 40 hours / week. We have 2 schedules open: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm and Monday – Friday, 10am-6pm

REPORTS TO:

Senior Sales Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree
2 or more years of inside sales, sales, or education sales experience
Experience with prospecting in the education space
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Experience with sales tools (CRMs)
Experience selling or working with a technology-based curriculum product

STARTING SALARY:

Non-Exempt (Hourly). $22.00 – $24.04
