Rio Grande Creatives Project
Trucha aims to activate and showcase the creative and artistic community of the Rio Grande Valley. The Rio Grande Creatives Project seeks to highlight the RGV cultural landscape through articles, videos and new media that share original narratives of RGV artists and their priorities. Artists and cultural organizers will support local organizations in creative ways that mobilize the RGV community on immigrant rights, reproductive rights, racial justice and the environment. Building community via arts programming and collective action, Trucha will catalyze change through creative interventions executed in partnership with local grassroots organizations.
