“NALAC’s Leadership Institute is an exciting and unique space to dive into the cultural nuances and competencies within the Latinx/o community. I look forward to learning how to continue dismantling the current mainstream frameworks we live in and rebuilding them to elevate Latinx/o and Chicanx/o voices and talents.”
