America in Transition
To support America In Transition (AIT) is to support a trans-led initiative that centers the lives, experiences, and issues of people of color. AIT is a documentary series and social impact campaign that flips the script on the typical trans narrative of internal struggle, and instead uses character-driven storytelling to focus on the social dimensions of trans identity. Each 22 min episode shares the story of a different person in a different place, addressing issues like HIV criminalization, immigration, and civil rights in the trans community. AIT will inspire conversation and action through live events and workshops.
