Rebecca Beltrán (she/her) is the Project Manager for grant initiatives for AICAD – the Association of Independent Colleges of Art & Design, a nonprofit consortium of art and design schools in the U.S. and Canada. Her career has focused on directing resources for artists and building effective programs through creative communications and optimizing marketing, sponsorships, and fundraising efforts. Her work with a variety of arts organizations includes United States Artists, Craft Contemporary, and UCLA Performing Arts. She is a NALAC Leadership Institute Fellow, earned an Executive certificate from Penn’s Social Innovation Design program, and serves on the auxiliary board at the National Museum of Mexican Art in Chicago. She received her Master of Arts Management from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Art History from Loyola Marymount University.
