Associate Director of Arts, Culture & Community Programming at La Casa Cultural Latina at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
La Casa Cultural Latina at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking an Associate Director of Arts, Culture & Community Programming. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an artist, cultural worker, educator, scholar, or community-engaged professional to use arts and culture as powerful tools for advancing Latine student success, belonging, creative expression, and community engagement.
Through an intersectional and arts-centered lens, the Associate Director will develop culturally responsive programs, exhibitions, performances, workshops, and storytelling initiatives that explore Latinidad and diasporic identities. The position will also collaborate with artists and cultural workers, support student leadership and artistic development, advise student organizations, and strengthen partnerships across the university and broader community.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a salary range of $71,000–$76,000. Applications are due August 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Central Time.
