Development Director

We are recruiting a Development Director to develop and manage diverse resource development strategies. As the lead strategist for fund development, the Officer will help to create a multi-year plan for increasing revenue, which informs and supports the organization’s plans for revenue growth in the next three years.  The Development Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the development strategy, achieving fundraising goals, engaging sponsors, leveraging key relationships and contacts to ensure meeting NALAC’s revenue goal. The Director of Development will be the primary person responsible for day to day management of all fundraising activities and for hands-on implementation and conclusion of the fundraising plans, which includes major gifts, foundation and corporate giving, grant solicitation, and in-kind resources.

Donor and Corporate Relations Associate

 

We are recruiting a Donor and Corporate Relations Associate to serve as a key cultivator and solicitor of donors and sponsorships. The Donor and Corporate Relations Associate supports the individual donor and corporate fundraising and events program of this growing organization. The Associate will be responsible for conducting research to identify likely new donors, maintaining and improving the donor information and reports in the NALAC database, and assisting in organizing fundraising events from house parties to field trips to an annual major event. The Donor and Corporate Relations Associate will provide a disciplined, proactive approach to raising money from existing and new pools of individual and corporate donors. Reports to and provides support for the Development Director related to all aspects of NALAC’s individual/corporate/event-based fundraising program.
